Fireworks-Day 19
It’s a howl-at-the-moon moment.
The sky is a black bowl with specks so shimmery; they remind me of a 1960s telescope box. Set your sights on the stars. Celestial Model No. 631. The moon’s sliver peeks through the arms of a spruce. My daughter tosses a pine cone into the campfire, and sparks link us to the astral blaze above.
