Today is officially my favorite day of the year. The first Monday after daylight savings time goes away is the best day because:
- I slept an hour later without guilt.
- I could walk in the park this morning in the sun.
- Without disrespect to the Mamas and the Papas (“Monday, Monday. Can’t trust that day.”) I like Monday. My family goes back to the regularly scheduled program without depending on me for constant supervision.
