No matter how we spin it, Beto lost. Yes, my county went Democratic. We did for Hillary in 2016, too. Here are my take-aways.
- The neighbors removed the signs this morning.
- I got to commiserate via text with my college kid last night.
- I have twitter friends that are sobbing with me.
- The House of Representatives is now a check on the president.
- I can start to focus on other topics of conversation.
