I Write Like . . .

I write like
David Foster Wallace

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

Seriously. If you haven’t seen this, take a peek. It analyses the style of the text you insert–sentence length, structure, punctuation–but not content. It’s just for fun.

Home: Road Trip, Day 8

Proof.

Home is sanctuary, but I’ve found meaning in the journey.

  1. Life is good. Enjoy.
  2. A great kiss can end an argument.
  3. Money isn’t a big deal, unless you don’t have any.
  4. I can write anywhere–anytime.
  5. It’s good to dream, to make plans.
  6. I’m capable.
  7. A change of venue is an excellent idea.
  8. The God of Thoreau and Whitman is everywhere. I have the photos to prove it.
  9. Don’t undervalue a soft bed.
  10. Be aware of the best moments. Know–this is it.

The Hike: Road Trip, Day 6

My family agrees. Our favorite thing is the hike. We’re low-landers, so it takes us time to catch our breath. Today, we walked several miles into the Pecos Wilderness, stopping to play next to a stream, exploring a cave and a waterfall before finding our way back to camp.
