Sunday: The Ides of March and Jasmine the Wonder Dog’s Birthday. It’s hard to believe our puppy is four.
Monday: I went to my neighborhood board meeting. For three hours, we discussed how to extract blood from a turnip. There’s never enough money to do everything that needs to be done.
Tuesday: I never worry about what to wear on St. Patrick’s Day. I have green eyes.
Wednesday: Another board meeting. Another plan involving turnips and bodily fluid.
Thursday: If you’re over 40, you need to watch this.
Friday: Bacon and I listened to Coco’s school orchestra play in a competition. Her group played beautifully. We bought flowers for our virtuoso.
Saturday: More rain. I drove Cherry to swim practice. The girls went to see Cinderella, while I found a lonely corner in the library to work on my book.
